Sula Systems is engaged in supporting the development of highly complex systems for defence and aerospace applications. We have vacancies for talented, enthusiastic, self-motivated systems engineers to support our senior and principal consultants in their work on helping our large clients to deliver capability through complex systems engineering.
The candidate is likely to have a first or upper second class honours degree in an engineering, science or mathematics discipline and will have had post graduate experience in the aerospace or defence sectors. The candidate will be chartered or about to chartered.The abilities to communicate well in writing, presentations and conversation are paramount. A willingness to work closely with and learn from senior, experienced consultants is also essential.
The role is likely to be extremely varied, and include assisting with writing technical proposals, planning programmes of work, researching and reporting on topics that range from highly technical to very general in nature, preparing presentations, and interfacing with customers, sub-contractors and partners.
Projects on which the company currently works include: armoured fighting vehicles, radar research and trials, military communications, guided weapons, and large civil aircraft programmes.
