Sula helped develop the organisation’s strategy, processes, procedures and management tools, introduced organisational change and went on to deliver programme support services.
Advised on the set up of a complex US/UK joint venture and went on to engineering leadership to deliver an Urgent Operational Requirement for approximately 100 specialist vehicles.
Introduced systems engineering practices and processes into the organisation to support the achievement of major milestones and thus underpin a multimillion pound IT contract for Airtanker.
