Sula’s work in the Defence sector encompasses weapons systems, radar systems, systems architecture, command, control, communications and intelligence systems within Land, Sea and Air domains.
Working as part of the DE&S clusters and teams, Sula personnel operate with other team members at all levels and contribute from the earliest stages of project development by drawing on their detailed understanding of Through Life Management, MoD’s scrutiny process, Risk and Opportunity Management, Integrated Test, Evaluation and Acceptance, Requirements Analysis, and Allocation and Management. With the growing complexity of defence programmes, Sula is increasingly required to extend this role to bring continuing technical assurance after the appointment of the Prime Contractor.
